Default Grind

Ok I have read many arguments about the grind needed to acquire new skills for other classes and runes. I have two suggestions I think will make most people happy.

On the SP issue, after you get to lvl 20 and you change your secondary there is a long SP grind to get new skills. I think the best solution to the problem is when you change your secondary at lvl 20, 1/3 of the classes skills become unlocked. That way you have enough to work with and only need to do extra work for the other skills you want.

On the runes issue, it should be made so that superior runes are available through a lvl 20 quest of some sort. This way there is better balance between the casual player and the hardcore player. However keep minor runes the same way they are now. That way there is extra rewards to earn but it doesn't ruin the balance of PvP.

What do you think?
